How It's Calculated (Fair-Play Balancer)

Because the ETA Team (33 technicians) has roughly twice the staff of CGRESD (17 technicians), raw ticket volume is mathematically unfair. To measure true department-wide productivity relative to size, a Per-Capita Modifier is applied to today's closed Zammad tickets:

ETA Ticket Weight: 0.76 points
CGRESD Ticket Weight: 1.47 points

Example: If every tech in both departments closes exactly 3 tickets today, the point scores will match identically and keep the rope perfectly center. The team averaging more closed tickets per person controls the line.
